Shuttle Transfer Service (Inzone) : 

• Area :  Patong, Chalong, Rawai, pick up time is 8:30 a.m. / 12:00 p.m. / 2:30 p.m.
• Area :  Kata, Karon, pick-up time is 8:45 a.m. / 12:45 p.m. / 2:45 p.m.
  * The operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.
  * Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes, prior to your selected pick-up time.

Extra Cost (Shuttle service for exzone) : 

• Area :  Panwa, Cape Panwa, Kathu, Siray Bay, Mueang Phuket, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, pay more 300 THB / Pax
• Area :  JW Marriott, Nai Yang Beach, Nai Thon, Laem Hin, Boat Lagoon and others, additional transportation fee 1,500 THB/Car

• Transfers are carried out only as specified in advance. Please fill in your hotel name at checkout in the additional information field, before booking the shuttle service every time.

Additional Information :

• Phuket Paradise is open daily from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
• This voucher can only be used on the specified date and time.
• There will be no refunds, if you do not attend the activity.
• If you want to cancel your reservation, should be done at least 24 hours before the activity begins. (You will receive full refund)

Note ：

• Participants must be over 4 years old to join this activity.
• Children between 0-4 years old must be a passenger only, unable to drive by yourself.
• Child and adult tickets is the same price.
• Participants must weigh no more than 120 kg, a height of at least 130 cm.
• Children under 130 cm in height have to parental and responsible adult permission is required.
• For safety of participants, must strictly follow the caregiver's instructions.
• This activity is not suitable for people with medical conditions (High blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or the elderly.
• Should not bring luggage or valuables with you. If items are lost, the company will not be responsible for anything.
