Cash Deposit / Pay at 7-Eleven

Seamless payment experience for the foreigners can payment via True Money in Thailand (non-membership)

The simply cash deposits for booking tours at any 7-Eleven counters via true money wallet system are available for 10-3,000 baht per transaction, limited to 10,000 baht per day per deposit account (without deposit fee). Just tell them the phone number of our company (Tel.098-7989624) and deposit amount of the money for tour booking service. Then please send payment slip to us via chat or email, once payment done, we will issue you tour voucher.

Deposit & Full Payment

• Full amount payment is required for most of the tours and shows

• For presale tour programs 15 Day, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the tour departure.

• For last-minute bookings
(within 24 hours of the tour date),
full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Confirmation

• Once your payment is received, we will send a booking confirmation voucher via Website chat, email, Line Official or WhatsApp with your tour details

• If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date or no-shows are non- refundable.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or tour operator cancellations), customers will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

Changes to Booking

• Requests to change tour dates must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• Any changes within 24 hours of the tour may incur additional fees.

Currency & Transaction Fees

• All payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB).

• Customers are responsible for any bank fees, currency exchange rates, or transaction fees imposed by their payment provider.
