• Customers should make reservations at least 1 day in advance.
• In case of booking a shuttle transfer service, please indicate your hotel name and address at checkout.
• The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance.
• The shuttle transfer service according to pre-determined routes only.
• The driver will wait 5-10 minutes at the pick up point, before departing to the next destination on a pre-determined route.
• As this is a shared transfer service – customers please arrive early, and understand that there may be travel delays due to traffic, weather conditions or from a previous booking.
